Returns

Have confidence in ordering from Air Tool Express.com. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may return the item for a full in-store credit within 30 days of recieving the item, less shipping cost. In the event you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions.  Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a in-store credit will be issued minus any shipping, handling or freight charges.

 

Warranties

All items, if any, are warrantied directly by the manufacturers. Air Tool Express.com makes no warranty with respect to the goods displayed by our web site here in. Only such warranties made by the manufacturers as may otherwise be applicable shall apply to such goods, for which warranties by others, if any, Air Tool Express.com assumes no obligation. We hereby expressly disclaim any and all warranties, expressed and or implied, including implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Further Air Tool Express.com neither assumes nor authorizes any other person or party to assume for it, any liability in connection with the sale of all goods.  Under no circumstances shall Air Tool Express.com be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the sale of goods. In all cases, any tools, equipment or repair parts purchased from Air Tool Express.com believed to be defective in workmanship or material shall be returned directly to the manufacturer, freight prepaid. Any goods showing signs of abuse, misuse, or alterations, do not qualify under any warranty program. The manufacturer's obligation is based on their examination and is limited to the replacement of any part or parts believe to apply under their warranty policy. For all warranty claims you will need proof of purchase to be sent along with the goods to the manufacturer. If you have lost or missplaced your reciept, we can provide you with a copy of your purchase.  We will assist you with the manufacturer with your warranty concerns.  If you have any questions please contact us.

 

Repairs

If you find that your Ingersoll Rand or Chicago Pneumatic air tool(s) need repair, contact us by phone, e-mail or send them to us and we will provide you with an estimate for repair. You must include the following information when sending your air tools to us for an estimate or repair:

Name and shipping address 

Contact information: phone number or e-mail address

We will contact you with an estimate for repair.  If you decide that you do not want the air tool repaired, the air tool will be sent back to you disassembled and customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

 

Shipping

We attempt to ship all orders within 24 hours.  All air tools will be shipped UPS.  Compressors must be shipped by carrier truck, please call for quotation. We offer free shipping on large orders!

For shipments to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, please contact us before ordering so that shipping can be calculated correctly.

 

Taxes

Air Tool Express.com does not charge sales tax for orders placed outside of Michigan.  If you order with in the state of Michigan, you will be charged and additional 6% sales tax.

 

Cancellations

Since we attempt to ship all orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be recieved within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please contact us to cancel an order.
